Using this directory

What the listings show—and what they do not.

The five providers are listed alphabetically. The labels explain where an office is located and whether several local franchise areas are grouped together. They do not rate quality or predict availability.

01

Delaware office

The displayed address is a business office in Delaware. The label does not guarantee walk-in access, current staffing, response time, or availability.

02

Regional office

The displayed office is outside Delaware, but the company serves parts of Northern Delaware. The location is shown plainly so an out-of-state office is not mistaken for a Delaware office.

03

Multiple locations

One listing groups several local franchise areas under the same public brand. Those locations may be independently operated and may differ in coverage or availability.

04

Why direct company contact details are not shown

The listings focus on the company name, office address, water-damage services, service area, and important location notes. Direct phone numbers, websites, email addresses, ratings, map links, and testimonials are not displayed.

05

What you should still confirm

Confirm current availability, the exact work proposed, qualifications, insurance, licensing where applicable, pricing, written terms, subcontractors, and any statements about insurance coverage before agreeing to work.

About the phone number

The provider connection number does not belong to any listed company.

A call may be routed to an independent provider serving the area, and the directory may receive compensation when a caller is connected. The number is displayed separately from every company listing.

A practical order

Safety first. Then understand the job. Then compare providers.

1. Address immediate hazards before using the directory.

2. Decide whether source repair, water removal, drying, electrical, HVAC, roofing, structural, or later repair work may be involved.

3. Read the five listings and their location notes without treating the order as a ranking.

4. Use the provider connection service or another method you choose.

5. Confirm the work, availability, qualifications, pricing, and written terms before agreeing.

The directory gives you a focused starting point. It does not choose a provider, inspect the property, or replace your own questions and verification.
