Independent directory
This site is an independent provider directory. It is not a water-damage restoration contractor, emergency service, insurer, adjuster, law firm, medical provider, government agency, or representative of any listed business.
No endorsement or guarantee
A listing is not a recommendation, ranking, certification, warranty, or guarantee. Provider information is compiled from public sources and may change. Users remain responsible for confirming availability, licensing or registration, insurance, qualifications, pricing, scope, contracts, and suitability before hiring any provider.
Directory connection line
The directory telephone number is separate from every provider listing. Calling it does not contact a specific company shown on the directory. A call may be routed to an independent provider serving the caller's area. Service availability and connection are not guaranteed.
Compensation
The directory may receive compensation when a caller is connected with a participating provider. Compensation does not buy a position in the five-provider launch roster, does not create an endorsement, and does not change the alphabetical presentation of listings.
Provider independence
Listed and participating providers are independent businesses. The directory does not control their personnel, scheduling, estimates, contracts, methods, warranties, insurance handling, or work quality.
Addresses and service areas
An address may be a verified office or an operating location serving the region. It is not necessarily a walk-in location. Out-of-state offices are labeled. Service-area statements are limited to reviewed evidence and do not guarantee current dispatch coverage.
Emergency and safety limitation
This directory is not an emergency service. In immediate danger involving fire, gas, electrical hazards, structural instability, sewage, hazardous materials, or threats to life, leave the area and contact emergency services or the appropriate utility.
Use of the site
Use the directory lawfully and at your own judgment. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for an urgent safety, legal, insurance, medical, or financial decision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the directory is provided without warranties of completeness, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
