Listings are earned by evidence
A business may ask to be reviewed, but payment does not guarantee inclusion. Every candidate must satisfy the same identity, service, geography, address, and conflict checks used for the launch directory.
Paid participation
The directory may later offer clearly disclosed paid participation, enhanced verification work, sponsorship, or lead-routing opportunities. Any paid relationship must remain separate from the factual provider listing and may not purchase a ranking, false endorsement, unsupported badge, or preferred placement disguised as editorial judgment.
No pay-to-play launch roster
The initial five-provider roster was selected through review, not listing fees. A provider that pays for a future commercial service does not automatically enter the public directory.
What a provider may submit
A provider may submit its legal business name, DBA, operating address and address type, service areas, water-damage service information, registration or license details where applicable, certification evidence, and a concise correction statement. Claims may be independently checked and may be rejected when evidence is weak, conflicting, promotional, or unverifiable.
What will not be published
The directory does not publish provider telephone numbers, websites, email addresses, contact forms, social profiles, review scores, testimonials, or paid ranking claims inside provider cards.
Corrections and listing inquiries
Send factual corrections or provider-listing inquiries to support@bintbiz.com with “Delaware Water Damage Guide listing inquiry” in the subject line. Include the business name, the specific statement being corrected, and a public source that supports the requested change. Submission does not guarantee publication, inclusion, or a response deadline.
